Overview:My practice is for sale. I'm looking to sell by the end of the year. I am willing to stay on, under a consulting agreement, to help transition the clients over to the the new owner for a period of time in 2018. I have a very desirable practice, in regards to revenue and operational support. I will not not change BD's or Clearing Firms. Buyer must come over to FSC under my current OSJ. I have a great office location (probably one of the best locations around) with tremendous visibility and signage. I believe that taking over my current space and taking on my current assistant will be instrumental in the transition of my business. The office has room to house multiple advisors and my OSJ can help you recruit if needed. An advisor with a series 7, and 65 or 66 is a must as I have about 20 million in annuities with 1.00% trail and an expansive advisory business.
