Last summer I had an interaction with a young man in the oil and gas industry where he told me that I have a glass ceiling on my forehead. The pure shock of what he had said made everyone sitting at the table feel uncomfortable. The conversation started with regards to the tag #dramatic and had I let his tasteless comment land on me, I would have risked showing up as #dramatic as I navigated the rest of the conversation.

Today’s episode is about holding onto the authority that you possess over the tags that you wear and the tags that you don’t want to wear.
