I'm gonna be honest, I'm not super happy about this one.
The reason I'm making this video is because I need to kick my own butt. Because I have had some pretty big realizations that lately I have not been, I have not been embracing the alpha mentality as a true leader in some areas of my life. And these are the five things that I've kind of focused on. And so this video is more for me than anyone else, just for me to kick my own ass and learn from my mistakes, right? So. So this is we're just going to get right into it. If you're gonna, if you're going to be an alpha mentality, man or woman, you have to be a leader, you cannot separate the alpha mentality from effective leadership, you have to be a leader, and you have to be a good one.
