On the latest episode of the Back of House podcast, Luke Butler and Megan Sullivan are joined by Eddy Buckingham, an accomplished hospitality entrepreneur with more than 20 years in the industry.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Eddy worked with some of Australia’s leading hospitality operators before moving to the United States in 2009 to make his mark on New York City’s vibrant dining scene.

He is now the co-founder and driving force behind Tuxedo Hospitality, a group known for creating distinctive and popular restaurants. Most recently, Eddy opened Old Mates Pub, Australian pub in the heart of New York.
