Our show today featured Sandy Hansen Wolff, founder and owner of several companies, including a consulting and speaking firm. 

Sandy shared the story of how she and her husband, Randy battled his Leukemia just after they got married. Randy owned a feed business that Sandy knew nothing about, but after his passing, she had to learn it, turn it around and all while grieving the loss of her husband. 

Being a woman in a business historically dominated by men was not easy, but she did it. She learned it, built it and sold it in December of 2020!

Since then, she has found her way as a consultant and speaker. She works with owners of companies on future direction and building culture within the firm. Her speaking topics focus on these as well as building resilience during times of trial. Her mission now is to help others through tough times, having been there herself, and simultaneously seek investors for her new endeavor in starting up an ecommerce feed store that focuses on 'super foods' for animals!

Her advice is to have your business prepared for anything. When opportunity knocks or disaster strikes, you're ready either way. I couldn't agree more!
