In this episode I had the pleasure of having a conversation with a woman I adore! When I first met her she had a sadness in her eyes. We went on a coaching journey and I have watched her life flourish as I see her stand in her power. She battled an eating disorder for over 20 years. She had a lot of self-worth issues and really struggled to fit into her world. 
She has now come full circle and is paying it forward by sharing some gems she has learned along the way. Her message is a powerful one for all women, moms, and girls to hear!
