A Google Drive folder filled with SOPs do exactly nothing for us if they’re not part of our operational workflows.

We have to operationalize our SOPs.

There are many different tools that you can use to actually create SOPs, such as Process. All of these work very well.

But the problem is

• That you are having to switch systems in order to follow them
• No cross-collaboration available
• Accountability is lacking
