Her first service experience came when working at a deli during high school. She was taught the value of customer engagement and offering a warm welcome. Within 15 feet of the counter, she would notice and observe the client, within 10 feet of the counter she would smile, and within 5 feet she would share a verbal greeting.
In her 20-year human resources career in luxury hospitality, she has cultivated best in class cultures, achieved five-diamond status awards, and developed individuals and teams within human resources, operational and executive groups. Molly is SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certified as well as a certified coach through iPEC(Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
