People hate looking at their numbers. They don't know what they are looking for. They love what they do in their business but hate the accounting/finance functions, leaving the profitability title unaddressed, and thus left with nothing at the end.

We change the equation from sales - expenses = profit to sales - profit = expenses. We then implement a system that allows them to put their profit, pay, and taxes away before they spend what's left on operating expenses.
