Bio

Steve is a Project Director in the Grosvenor Development team London UK, currently heading up the delivery of South Molton Triangle, a more than 2 acre site in North Mayfair London.

Steve has a MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Engineer. He has worked with respected firms such as Arup and Sir Robert McAlpine prior to making the transition from Engineer to property development manager.

Steve is active with the UKGBC’s Circular Economy focus and represents Grosvenor as a founding member of Steel Zero – a global initiative that brings together leading organisations to speed up the transition to a net zero steel industry.
