Small business owner Jeff Sidner has been in the martial arts industry for 30 years and one of his karate studios is located in south Minneapolis. He is very invested in that community, and has a passion for impacting the people there through martial arts.

In this episode, Jeff shares his perspective on the challenges facing the black community and the response the nation has witnessed to the death of George Floyd. Jeff also responds to some of the hard questions and common talking points in the conversation about racial injustice. He lends his voice as a Christian, business owner, and black man to this challenging, but needed, conversation.
