Ron was raised in Covington, Kentucky after being adopted as an infant. He’s a proud alumnus of Holmes High School and has a remarkable journey that has led him to where he is today. 

Throughout our conversation, Ron discusses the importance of embracing change, networking, and asking for help. As a leader in Covington, Ron has a strong passion for helping others.
