Some days you wake up motivated… and some days you really don’t.

Day 10 of my 75 Hard journey was one of those tough mental battles. After a full morning of filming and editing, I found myself struggling to get that first workout in. The hardest part wasn’t the exercise — it was getting into the right mindset.

But I did it anyway.

In this episode, I talk about pushing through resistance, forcing action when motivation isn’t there, and how even a small workout can completely shift your mood and mindset. I also share how getting ahead of the day today — with an early 13.7km bike ride — made everything feel easier, more positive, and more in control.
