After dealing with a recent knee issue, I made the decision to take a smarter approach to running — starting back with a Couch to 10K session to rebuild strength properly rather than going all-out too soon.
What started as a steady 30-minute session quickly turned into something more…
I kept going.
Ran back to the marina… added a few extra laps… and ended up hitting 9KM!
From injury… to progress.
