Day 2 of my 75 Hard journey is underway, and the momentum is already building.

In this episode, I recap a successful Day 1 — completing both workouts (including a 45-minute walk/run), hitting my water intake, sticking to clean eating with zero cheats, taking my progress photo, and avoiding alcohol completely.

I also share how Day 2 has started strong with a Kettle bell workout Plus, I talk about keeping nutrition simple with a healthy breakfast and staying on top of hydration from the start of the day.

I’ve just finished  reading 75 Hard: The Key to Unlocking Your Full Potential, and I touch on how the mindset from the book is already shaping this journey. My new book is by ANt Middleton, "Mental Fitness"

I also go over the core rules of the 75 Hard challenge again — because this isn’t just about fitness, it’s about discipline, consistency, and mental toughness.

Motivation is high right now… but I know the real test is still to come.
