Day 24 of 75 Hard is complete — and tomorrow marks ONE THIRD of the challenge finished. 💪
This morning’s Couch to 10K session was a tough one with aching calves from yesterday’s Iso Bow workout, but discipline got the job done once again. We even pushed out an extra half-mile run on the way back to the marina despite heavy legs.
