Five years ago Harrison Ward lived in York, severely overweight at 22 stone(300lbs) and drank upwards of 20 pints per day. One day he hit rock bottom and had an epiphany and vowed from that day forward to do something about it.

Now famous in his own right as Fell Foodie in which he cooks gourmet meals whilst on top of the many stunning Cumbrian Fells, Harrison lives a completely different life and has since appeared on TV, Radio and in print telling his amazing story.
