Justin Scott Campbell (he/him) is an ICF-certified ACC executive coach and diversity consultant & facilitator based in Los Angeles, CA. His work seeks to bring healing practices to organizations so that the people who work there can daily experience Love, Safety, Kindness, and Belonging, unfettered by bias and prejudice. 


He helps his clients see problems in new ways, offering solutions they may not have thought of before. He also creates spaces that reveal to clients what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to be improved.

His work with teams and individuals has helped these teams pioneer new ways of doing things that transformed the spaces he has worked in. He provides unique perspectives that help clients level up and improve the ways in which they are working.
