In this episode we'll take a look at a the very common practice of "shoulding on ourselves" and how it unknowingly takes power away from us and others, and instead fills us and others with feelings of shame and not being good enough. Not only can these types of thoughts affect us mentally, but studies have shown a connection between these types of thoughts and a loss of physical power as well. The answer to these powerless thoughts is found in a single empowering word, and has become one of my most favorite words that I use.
