Today on the show Jayson is talking with Dr. David Brownstein MD, a holistic medicine practitioner, specializing in the use of vitamins, minerals, herbs & natural hormones, he also utilizes applied kinesiology, acupuncture and nutritional therapies in his practice. He is one of the foremost practitioners of holistic medicine, he is also a Board-Certified family physician, and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College for the Advancement in Medicine.

Dr. David Brownstein discusses some of the pitfalls that Americans are falling into from a nutritional perspective. He also talks about the reason that he prescribes natural ingredients to help you stay healthy, and why it’s still important to use traditional medicine when you need it.
