While there are many things that play a role in determining the speed of your metabolism... one of them is height.
That's because the more lean mass you have, the faster your metabolism works.
Taller people have more lean mass simply because of their height.
The more lean mass you have, the higher your BMR will be, and the more you can eat.
So that means the smaller the body, the smaller the organs, the less energy the body needs, and the slower the metabolism.
Can somebody say "Short girl problems"?!
