Katrine Horn is a self-love activist and life coach. She helps women love themselves unconditionally so that they can model this to their daughters.
Katrine's advice for single moms: I would suggest single mom invested in the self-care she so desperately needs. Self-care is typically not the first thing to go in a crisis situation yet self-care is what will see us through. We have to feel that it's OK to take care of ourselves, before our children, before our work, before family, before obligations. Anything less could have us spinning into insufficiency and possibly burn out.
