“Progress over Perfection,” a favored mantra of Kayla Woitkowski, Senior Manager for University Recruiting at SAS, and as a person who changed her career path until she found her love for recruiting, this is a mantra she lives by every day. Kayla got her start as a part of the Wolfpack in accounting, but through human resources discovered recruiting and decided to take a risk and follow her passion. Fast forward from a career at NetApp to SAS, Kayla was a pioneer in developing SAS’ internship program and currently is a head recruiter for NC State.
