Have you ever been hurt by someone else's words? Have you ever hurt someone with words? I am positive that we can all relate and say that 'YES' we have experienced both sides of this.  I was reminded TODAY how impactful words are and wanted to remind you all to speak positively to yourself and others this week. Ya know that compliment to a co-worker on their new sweater can go a long way. So let's all remember what the adult in our lives used to say 'if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all'.
