Lindsay is the founder of Vital-Side, a brain retraining program for people with chronic symptoms like pain, fatigue, and anxiety. She is a brain retraining coach and helps people turn off the chronic fight or flight response. Her training is as a physician assistant and NLP practitioner, but she gets most of her experience from having lived through chronic Lyme disease and making a full recovery.
