78. Building a Relationship with Your Body and Inner Guidance

Some things to keep in mind are;

  • Give yourself some time and start slow.
  • Listen to the signs and messages our bodies are always sending us to warn us, to make us aware of some feelings or sensations that because of different reasons we have learned to ignore or neglect.
  • When listening to our bodies, we need to validate those feelings and act accordingly.
  • Workouts like yoga or any stretching exercises can help you connect.
