During Black History Month, people in Canada celebrate the many achievements and contributions of Black Canadians and their communities who, throughout history, have done so much to make Canada a culturally diverse, compassionate, and prosperous country.
In today’s episode, on the last day of Black History Month we feature and honour 2 incredible individuals who not only put their lives on the line to make you and I safe every day but are an inspiration to so many.
Today we honour Constable Jamie Wallace from Peel Regional Police and Constable Dejazmatch James from Halton Regional Police.
This episode was inspired by our very own Sentinel Luke Barret, who aspires to become a police officer who serves in our leadership and is an inspiration to so many of our Sentinels within our organization.
Black History Month is a time to learn more about these Canadian stories and the many other important contributions that Black Canadians and their communities have made to the history and continued growth of this country.
Ladies and Gentlemen: Constable Jamie Wallace, Constable Dejazmatch James and S/O Luke Barrett
