In the previous episode of this podcast, we talked about the third step of the P.A.T.H. Plan: the timer, setting a timer for ten minutes when you're just going to allow that urge to be there. With that foundation set, in this episode we're going to get very practical as always, and talk about what you can DO during those ten minutes of the "T" step. I'm going to give you two options of what you can do while that timer is counting down. I'm going to tell you exactly what I did when I first started implementing this plan, and what I still do to this day.
