Former 14 News General Manager Lucy Himstedt is the star of this week's Inside Look podcast with Jeff Lyons.   Lucy lead the station through the early 2000's as the internet was gaining traction as a new platform for local news and weather.   She was involved in many local organizations and also served at the international level on a project that paired a Ukrainian TV station with 14 News to learn best practices for broadcast news and exchange culture and ideas.
