Todd Brutcher is a neighborhood bartender whom we visit a lot. Several years ago, he brought critical acclaim to Onesto by starting a fantastic sangria program that remains to this day. He has brought his homemade sangrias and shrubs to Copper Pig, his current gig.

As a side project, Todd operates The Sangria Guy out of his home, and sells custom made bases to create your favorite alcoholic beverage at home!
