What is your value in the market place?

In this episode, I share an extract of a delivery I made during the Micro-Goals Challenge with some elite Professionals about goal setting and demanding more from self.

The aim of this episode is to help you not to solve relevent problem in an irrelevant way. I want you to refocus your thoughts in the value you bring to the market place by thinking critically about how you have or should package yourself.

Remember , you are paid in proportion to the problems you solve, and the value you place in your self. If you don’t put value in yourself, the market will decide your value.
