We can all avoid doing, yet we must know why we avoid things. Most things are much deeper than we think.


I'm busy is a repeat avoidance response- the reality is it's more than that, pretty much always: working out why you might avoid doing it through worry, fear, or lack of skill, even being triggered by a response or external noise.


Avoiding stuff can also help you really find out what you want, like, and dislike too, so why you avoid it and not just give it a generic excuse will help you every time.
