In this episode I share an opportunity my family and I had to be kinder with our words. 

We noticed how we are so willing serve each other but we wanted to serve better with our words when it can be challenging if someone says something or does something we don't like. 

As we spoke kinder we noticed how powerful it was to the way we feel and think about each other. It was beautiful and inviting openness and the spirit. 

I am grateful for that opportunity and hope to do it more with each other.

Let us be kind in our thoughts, words, and actions.

Kindness begins with me

I want to be kind to everyone,

For what is right, you see.

So I say to myself, “Remember this:

Kindness begins with me.”
