Paul is one half of the duo behind Vegan Food Quest, the blog that helps you find the best vegan food in the world. He and his wife Caryl left the UK in 2014, backpacked for a while, and are now settled in Siem Reap. Along with the blog, they also run a vegan Airbnb called the Vegan Villa.
