Brandon Searle is the Innovation Director of the Off-site Construction Research Centre at the University New Brunswick. He shares how research, development, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) are helping the construction industry reduce material waste and improve productivity. He manages to do all this while working with local high schools to inspire the next generation of designers and builders.
