In yesterday's episode #790 Confessions of an Upset Mama, we chatted about the ONE thing you would want to do. My answer surprisingly was my me time!
This time brings out in me gratitude, forgiveness, grace, unconditional love, happiness, joy. This time is precious. It stirs my heart.
I actually gave up my me time recently. And that was the worse thing I could do for me.
You are worthy! So how are you taking care of life's golden ticket?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Make time for your worth!
- Carve out a specified time in your day.
- Nap time
- Early morning before the sun rises
- After the children go to bed
- Make this a daily commitment to you.
- Switch it up with your seasons
- Weekday schedule and a weekend schedule
- Fill this time that enhances your goodness.
- Intentional movement (exercise/fitness)
- Devotions
- Walking
- Writing
- Painting (Be creative)
