Former Viking and Super Bowl Champ Matt Birk is turning his attention to mental health and kids. With a daily average of 5400 teen suicide attempts in the US, Matt says “kids are hurting, and this is a critical opportunity” to help them. Pursuit Academy will bring a mental health tool to kids in 4th grade. He shares how this 5-minute-a-day tool can be added to any curriculum.
