Losing your “spark” is an interesting thing.
For the most part, when you look around you should be really happy. But instead you feel numb, apathetic and like you’ve lost your sense of purpose.
Everyday feels the same, you struggle to get to excited or onboard with anything, and because your “spark” is a bit mysterious - maybe like me you couldn’t see an end in sight.
After the last time, and probably most significant time that I felt like this, I managed to come out of it stronger than ever.
At first I didn’t know how I managed it, but when I look back - it was very intentional, and not at all passive.
