Join us for a conversation with Dave Foster, president and CEO of the American Cave Conservation Association and Hidden River Cave. Dave tells great stories about the life of Floyd Collins and the history of Cave Wars in South Central Kentucky.

"Floyd was a casualty of Kentucky's Cave Wars.

He was trapped twice. At the end of his life, he was trapped in the cave. But most of his life he was trapped trying to run a business(cave) that was so far off the beaten path that people couldn't find him. And location, location, location was everything," shared Dave Foster.

We met up with him at Hidden River Cave in Hart County, Kentucky - a major hub of Kentucky's Cave Country and just miles from Mammoth Cave National Park.
