Indirect leadership is all about not being a dick when you're working with a team. It's about understanding what to ask of your team without making their lives harder, and knowing when to just do the work yourself. It's really freaking hard to get practice in and obviously Bridget and Sara aren't experts in this (YET) but boy you can bet they are working on it.
