William A. Adams is a software engineering trailblazer, award-winning DEI innovator, and philanthropist. William has over 35 years of tech experience, most of which has been spent with Microsoft. He's been a big believer in intrapreneurship and exploring passion projects within a company, one of which was launching the LEAP diversity apprenticeship program at Microsoft.
