OH HELLO!

I know it's been a while since my last upload. Alleycat Reiki is putting business on hold for the next two months while I relocate to a new city! 

So as a gift to all of you, my faithful listeners, here is a short and sweet guided meditation I recorded last summer. It's my favorite one that I made--it came to me during a meditation session and the waves in the background are those of my hometown of Long Beach, NY! I hope you enjoy it and that it brings you peace, much like the ocean has always brought to me!
