So let's get real, Instead of thinking 10 lbs per month is a reasonable rate of weight loss, start thinking 2-4 lbs instead.
2-4 lbs per month is NOT slow - it may feel slow when compared with unrealistic expectations.
And those who are parents with young children, aim to get the sleep you can and focus on everything else.
