In the previous episode, we discussed what's common between the movie "Midnight in Paris" and Madhushala. We also spoke about the types of Nostalgia. Let's take another journey down memory lane in this episode...

पिछले अंक में हमने बात की थी मधुशाला के संदर्भ में Midnight in Paris फ़िल्म की और अलग-अलग तरह का Nostalgia अपना खेल कैसे दिखाता है। इस बार देखते हैं, बच्चन जी बुखार के बारे में क्या कहते हैं और इसके धागे मधुशाला में कैसे जुड़ते हैं, और शिव की प्रतिमा का उल्लेख क्यों हुआ?

जगती की शीतल हाला सी पथिक, नहीं मेरी हाला, जगती के ठंडे प्याले सा पथिक, नहीं मेरा प्याला,

ज्वाल सुरा जलते प्याले में दग्ध हृदय की कविता है, जलने से भयभीत न जो हो, आए मेरी मधुशाला (15)

And -

बने पुजारी प्रेमी साकी, गंगाजल पावन हाला, रहे फेरता अविरत गति से मधु के प्यालों की माला'

'और लिये जा, और पीये जा', इसी मंत्र का जाप करे', मैं शिव की प्रतिमा बन बैठूं, मंदिर हो यह मधुशाला (19)
