In this episode, I put my serious cap on as we discuss the Australian Bushfires with Senior Firefighter at the Western Australian Department of Fire and Emergency Services, Josh Caddy who was on the ground during the devastating fires that tore through NSW. 

We discuss human behavior post large scale devastation and the importance of lasting conversations longer than the year after the event. 

Josh tells us how we can be fire ready and how people are always looking to point the finger. We had this discussion in the hope to shed some light on the facts around burnoffs, bushfires and the difficulty to prevent and the importance of being proactive 

Josh has been fighting and learning the ins and outs of fires for 9 years, 2011 joined. He has been involved with a number of large scale campaigns such as, Parkable, Northcliffe, Yarloop and many more.
