Can you really be motivated at all times to get to the gym?
Unless you're a super woman, unfortunately no. Motivation will come and go just like so many things in life, which is why if all you rely on is motivation to go to the gym it probably won't ever become a habit.
It's so crucial to have things beyond motivation to get you up and into the car on your way to work out.
