This week I’m chatting to Daisy and Liv Tinker - twins and the founders of Salad Days Market, previously known as A South London Makers Market - where they run curated makers markets and events that encourage shopping small. They started with their first market locally in Crystal Palace, and have since expanded running markets with Selfridges and Battersea Power station, supporting hundreds of small businesses, including Studio Dine Store, along the way.
