In part two of this series we dig a little deeper with our guest Matt and learn even more about what impact addiction makes on the family members involved.  We talk about embarrassment, shame, resentment and the fear of letting others in on the reality of the addiction as well as the influence it has on your mental health.  Matt offers his hand and some good advice out to anyone going through a similar situation so they don’t go through the process alone like he did (contact info below).  We discuss the positive ways in which therapy can help, what forgiveness looks like for him and his family and we get an update on what his relationship with each of his brothers is like today.  This is a heavy episode guys and it’s important to remember that there are things that happen in everyone’s life that even the people closest to them may not know about.  Bottom line, be kind.  Let’s all fight the good fight together, because being together is the best place to be.  Love you all, K+B.
