In this episode I shared a little bit about destination addiction. So often, we get caught up in the "When, then" game. "When x happens, I'll be happy." I spoke to judgement and comparison. We judge ourselves for not being like someone else or we compare ourselves to someone else. Instead of judging yourself, choose compassion. The true GIFT of life is within the present moment. Anytime you are experiencing destination addiction, you are wanting to be in the future or you are thinking about the past. Breathe and bring yourself back to the present moment. FEELINGS are meant to be FELT. By feeling pain, grief, sadness, or pain, this only makes you HUMAN. You are not here to only be "happy." You are here to be HUMAN. Don't deny yourself 50% of your human experiencing by only desiring to be happy.
