This week i’m joined by an absolute superhuman - Esther Marshall who tells me about her experiences of domestic abuse, losing her sister to mental illness and starting up two businesses.

Esther has a string of titles and accolades to her name but above all else she is changing the world and has not stopped giving back. Her story and outlook on life is so moving and I hope you feel the same inspiration I did.
